College Students
Welcome, Students!
The college experience is a blessing but we also recognize that it can be difficult and even lonely at times to leave your home, community, and church. That’s why here at Cornerstone we are dedicated to helping your find a home church away from home!
We hope you’ll feel right at home chatting with our members about their college days, meeting other students, and getting involved in our church body, even if it’s only temporarily. Plus periodically you can stay after service for a potluck to get a break from the cafeteria food!
No car? No problem!
Not having a car shouldn’t stop you from getting to church! If you are interested in attending CBC and need a ride, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help. If you’re coming from Cedarville, there are several cars already making the trip and someone will be happy to bring you along!
If you have a car and are willing help your fellow students, please let us know so we can put you in touch with people in need of a ride!
Watch-care Membership
We would love to see you go beyond visiting and make a commitment to the local church during your time at college, but we also recognize that many students have an ongoing membership with a church back home.
To bridge the gap between the church you attend most of the year and the church you call home, we offer watch-care membership. Watch-care membership symbolizes a temporary transfer of your spiritual care from your home church to Cornerstone during your college career and allows you to make a commitment to Cornerstone and become more involved while maintaining your membership at your home church.
A member of our staff would be happy to provide you with more information and start the process of your watch-care membership!
